Blog Post

StoreDot is excited to announce that we have joined FISITA, the international membership organization for the automotive and mobility engineering community. FISITA members include key industry leaders such as BMW Group, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, and BP, among others.

Amir Tirosh, COO StoreDot, stated:

"Joining FISITA represents an exciting opportunity for StoreDot to further contribute to the global mobility ecosystem and accelerate EV adoption. We are happy to promote the vision of a smoother charging experience with our extreme fast charging (XFC) EV cell technology, '100inX', which allows EV drivers to charge their cars in minutes, eliminating charging anxiety. We are eager to collaborate with key industry leaders on solutions that benefit the entire ecosystem—bringing tomorrow's technology to the market today. This partnership underscores our commitment to fostering sustainable transportation through strong ecosystem-wide collaboration."

FISITA Chief Technology Officer, Martin Kahl, commented:

"StoreDot’s innovation in EV battery technology puts it at the heart of the automotive industry’s powertrain evolution. We welcome StoreDot joining the FISITA community and look forward to working with everyone at the company on FISITA’s member-led initiatives."

Promoting XFC technology offers significant benefits for the entire industry. It allows OEMs to serve new market segments, including those who do not have access to home or workplace charging, and enables the production of more affordable EV models with smaller battery packs. For charging infrastructure providers, StoreDot's technology maximizes the efficiency of high-rate charging stations per given time spent at the station and thus improving their ROI. The value for drivers is indispensable—an extremely fast, seamless, worry-free charging experience.
Joining FISITA's industry leadership will enable us to contribute to and benefit from the collective expertise of the global mobility community, promoting faster adoption of electric mobility.
