We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Buyer & shipping coordinator to be responsible for processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and Managing all PO administrative life cycle activities up to on-time delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
  • Support internal requisitions and order management 
  • Shipping of goods and track orders (Import & Export)
  • Close work with internal customers
  • Delivery follow up
  • Goods receipt (in the Priority system)
  • Payment (Invoice) coordination
  • Day to day ERP maintenance (Priority)

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: 

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Buyer
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Priority knowledge - Must 
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
  • English, writing and speaking
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to small details
