We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Buyer & shipping coordinator to be responsible for processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and Managing all PO administrative life cycle activities up to on-time delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
- Support internal requisitions and order management
- Shipping of goods and track orders (Import & Export)
- Close work with internal customers
- Delivery follow up
- Goods receipt (in the Priority system)
- Payment (Invoice) coordination
- Day to day ERP maintenance (Priority)
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Buyer
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Priority knowledge - Must
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
- English, writing and speaking
- Team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to small details
