Carl-Peter’s career as an automotive industry leader spans more than three decades. He was most recently Group CEO of Tata Motors, including its Jaguar Land Rover unit. He previously held several senior executive roles, including President of GM Europe, Chairman of Saab, Chairman and Managing Director of Opel AG, and a Board Member at BMW. Since 2013, Mr. Forster has been a board member at Geely Automobile, Volvo Cars, Gordon Murray Group and Hella.
He has a Diploma in Economics from Bonn University and a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Technical University in Munich.
Doron is the visionary who founded StoreDot, and stands at the helm of both our business management and technological innovation. Prior to founding the company, he served as Senior Director of SanDisk SSD Business Unit (NASDAQ: SNDK), establishing and managing the division in Israel, building its product strategy, overseeing its marketing and business development, reaching sales that positioned the company as the leading laptop makers at over $100M in revenue in under 3 years.
Previously, he was VP Flash and Operations of msystems, a flash memory global leader (NASDAQ: FLSH, acquired by SanDisk, NASDAQ: SNDK), where he managed strategic sourcing of $1B annually, resulting in annual revenue of over $1.5B. Doron’s diverse record also includes founder and CEO of InnerPresence, a Silicon Valley security software company, and co-founder and VP business development of Siftology, a pioneer in interactive media search.
Earlier, as a partner at Tefen – Semiconductor Operations Management, Doron managed West Coast US operations, in charge of the design and setup of over 40 semiconductor, pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing facilities worldwide. Doron holds DSc in R&D Management, MSc in Information Systems (Cum Laude) and BSc in Industrial Engineering Management (Cum Laude), all from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Meir Halberstam brings extensive experience in financial, business and operational management in the global technology industry. Meir has vast experience in startups as well as being a CFO of a large company. Meir joins StoreDot after holding the position of CFO at Broadcom (AVGO) Israel, overseeing numerous mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Broadcom, Meir was CFO EMEA at Convergys (CVG), managing a complex region with business and operations in over 30 countries, a position he held for 10 years. Before joining Convergys, Meir was CFO at Civcom and VP of Finance at Radview Software (RDVW), where he led the company from Seed-Stage to its IPO on the NASDAQ. Mr. Halberstam is an Israeli certified public accountant and holds Bachelor degrees in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
Amir brings vast experience in strategy, business and corporate development, marketing, operations, product management and deal making execution capabilities to StoreDot. He previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for DensBits Technologies that was acquired by Broadcom/Avago (NASDAQ: AVGO). Before that, Amir worked at Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR) as Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development leading the company’s strategy and corporate development transactions. At M-Systems (NASDAQ: FLSH), which was acquired by SanDisk (NASDAQ: SNDK), Amir served as the General Manager of a stand-alone multimillion full P&L business unit and as the Corporate Vice President of Corporate Business Development, leading M&A, investments and strategic transactions. Prior to that, Amir served as the Director of Corporate Business Development at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Amir holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
As Executive VP R&D at StoreDot, Yaron manages the various R&D groups from organic Synthesis, inorganic nanomaterials all the way to the scaled-up product. Yaron brings 25 years of R&D experience to StoreDot. Before joining StoreDot, Yaron held several management positions as VP R&D in Siklu and bTendo (eventually acquired by STMicroelectronics), Go Networks (acquired by Nextwave wireless) where he was also member of the founding team, and Ceragon Networks. Yaron began his career at the Special Development Unit of Israel’s Ministry of Defense, where he received the Israel Defense Award for research and development. Yaron holds a BSc and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
As StoreDot's Chief People Officer, Hilit is responsible for StoreDot's strategy, planning and execution of programs for talent, organization & people. Prior to StoreDot, Hilit worked as an organizational consultant with executive level managers in a variety of aspects across their companies. In addition, she has extensive experience in HR management, having worked with global hi-tech companies such as ECI Telecom and Commtouch Software Ltd. She specializes in organizational development, in recruiting for senior level positions and leading horizontal HR processes within organizations. Hilit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology.
As the global CSO of StoreDot, Dr. Lee oversees the company’s current and future technology roadmap while also heading the US R&D center. Dr. Lee’s work is focused around the scientific research supporting the company’s current and next generation technologies. With vast knowledge in material science and cell design, Dr. Lee brings over 25 years of experience in battery R&D with specific world-class expertise in silicon-based technologies.
Prior to joining StoreDot, David served as a general manager of the materials research center at Evergrande NEV. He also led silicon programs for more than 10 years at Enevate and Dow Corning corporation for both high energy density and extreme fast charge technologies. David was also one of the founding members in the Li-ion battery project at Samsung SDI, where he designed the first commercial products in both prismatic and cylindrical form factors. He holds a PhD in materials Chemistry from Rutgers University and has authored more than 30 patents and 25 research publications.
Tamir oversees all operations activities at StoreDot, working with key OEM partners, suppliers and all relevant ecosystem. He has over a decade of experience working across the pharmaceutical, digital technology, automotive, energy and aerospace industries. Before joining StoreDot he served as Head of Supply Chain Management at Landa Digital Printing, a company in the digital printing industry using nanotechnology. Prior to that he was the COO of WINT Water Intelligence which specializes in AI to detect water leaks. He also spent four years with Stratasys, a pioneer in 3D printing as Head of Global Supply Chain and has worked for Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Supply Chain Manager. Educated at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Tamir's academic qualifications include a BSc in Mathematics and in Industrial Management, a B.A. in Political Science, and an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics.
Mr. Walicki has over 30 years of senior managerial and operational experience in the battery industry. He is the former president, CEO and Vice Chairman of $7.3B Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls- Power Solutions Division), the world’s largest automotive battery company, with over 16,000 employees, 56 manufacturing and distribution facilities, serving customers in 150 countries.
Rod Lache has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, focusing on Auto Tech Research. He is widely regarded as a top automotive market analyst, having consistently been ranked by Institutional Investors and Automotive Executives as the leading U.S. Auto Industry Analyst. Most recently, he was a Senior Analyst and Managing Director at Wolfe Research, where he led the U.S. Auto, Auto Parts, and Auto Tech Research teams. Prior to that, Rod spent 24 years at Deutsche Bank, where he was Managing Director responsible for Auto Sector Research. Known for his prescient insights into emerging technologies such as Electric and AI-driven vehicles, Rod was inducted into Institutional Investor Magazine's Hall of Fame in 2021.
He holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Prof. Dr. Andreas Docter has over 25 years of senior executive experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electric powertrain, electrical engineering and system design.
He is the Vice President Future Products at Magna Powertrain, where he leads the development of Magna powertrain´s future product portfolio.
During his 21 years’ career with Daimler AG he held numerous leadership positions in the field of Electrical Engineering and Powertrain and played an instrumental part in Daimler’s electrified vehicles line up.
Before joining Magna, Andreas served as Jaguar Land Rover Vice President electric powertrain, where he was responsible for the research, design and development of hybrid and electric vehicle powertrain systems and components.
He holds a PhD in Thermodynamics from Bochum University, as well as an honorary professorship.
Mr. Williamson has a broad experience in electric charging infrastructure and mobility markets, with focus on disruptive innovation growth and strategic partnerships. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has held senior positions including Vice President at BP Advanced Mobility and Managing Director – Castrol innoVentures, BP Castrol.
Mr. Maryles has 35 years of experience in financial markets, having held senior positions in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Asset Management and Sell-Side Research. He founded Citigroup's Israel Investment Banking operations and was a partner at OurCrowd, the world's largest equity crowdfunding platform. He was Member Board of Directors, Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit, Risk, and Nominating Committees at Jefferies International.
Mr. Dupont has 30 years of senior executive experience in the automotive industry. He has been the president of Valeo $3.7B Powertrain Systems Business Group since 2015, overseeing 18,000 employees, 37 industrial Sites, 5 research centers and 16 development centers. As the group’s president he is focused on increasing the positioning of powertrain systems in the domains of electrification, transmission automation and clean engine. Previously, during his vast career at Valeo, he was General Manager of Passenger Car Transmissions since 2006, becoming a Director in 2008. He was then appointed Manual Transmissions Vice President in 2011. In this role, he managed the worldwide growth of the Transmission Systems Product Group.
Mark has thirty years of experience across motorsport, automotive, energy and digital technology sectors. During this time Mark has worked with McLaren for nearly fifteen years, as Chief Engineer for Powertrain at McLaren Automotive, and subsequently as Director of Innovation for McLaren Applied Technologies. Prior to joining McLaren, Mark spent ten years with Mercedes, leading their F1 powertrain program.
Mr. Klaas has held senior communication roles in the automotive industry for over two decades. He has been serving as head of communication for Geely in Europe since 2016. Prior to that he has served as general director of communications for Opel and GM Europe, global head of communications for Jaguar Land Rover, head of communications for Ford and managing director of public affairs for Deutsche Boerse AG.
